Made with
pomace of Nebbiolo grapes used to make Barolo in the most prestigious crus in the Barolo area.
Tasting
the colour is intense with amber and golden highlights. The nose offers a myriad of pronounced fruity, floral and spicy aromas that are rounded off by notes of candied orange, prunes and white flowers such as jasmine and iris. Ageing imparts the grappa notes of cinnamon and hazelnut. The overall sensation is one of an exquisite grappa of great elegance.
