Ageing
stainless steel tanks for a period of at least six months, followed by 18 months in small French oak barrels - Allier et Tronçais.
Tasting
yellow amber colour. Ample, complex and elegant bouquet. On the palate, the grape variety’s typical freshness and assertiveness combine with supple and complex vanilla notes.
